The court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has declared Dr. Peter Mbah as the winner of the March 18th, Enugu State Governorship election. This is coming after the Tribunal had upheld the election of Mbah as the duly elected Governor of Enugu State. At least 14 persons mostly children have been killed and 19 others wounded after bandits invaded Maulud Celebration Ground in Rugar Kusa Community, Musawa Local Government Area of Katsina State.
