The court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has declared Dr. Peter Mbah as the winner of the March 18th, Enugu State Governorship election.
This is coming after the Tribunal had upheld the election of Mbah as the duly elected Governor of Enugu State.
Dissatisfied with the outcome of the Tribunal, Mr Chijioke Edeoga of Labour party proceeded to Appeal court.
On the ruling of the Appeal court, the case was dismissed as lacking in merit.
