All Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs) issued by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) do not expire. To be sure, the PVCs have no expiry date written on them.
Therefore, all registered voters with PVCs issued by INEC can vote in all elections organised by the Commission, including the 2023 General Election.
