Bobrisky spotted at embassy, submitting student visa application, weeks after dragging James Brown.
Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky, a Nigerian crossdresser, has been dragged online after it was reported that he is planning to study in the United Kingdom.
The crossdresser proceeded to submit a student visa application, according to blogger Gistlovers.
